1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the ej333 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ej333. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

To use the full range of ej333 services, you are required to create a personal account. You may hold only one account per person. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and a payment method registered in your own name. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential. ej333 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to do so. The following obligations apply:

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorized it.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ej333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through trusted local payment gateways including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification (KYC). ej333 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method before processing any withdrawal. Please note:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the ej333 platform and may be updated periodically without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests tied to active bonus funds must satisfy all applicable rollover requirements before funds can be released.
• ej333 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, network issues, or banking holidays observed in Bangladesh.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ej333 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Note the following:

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements.

• Players must opt in to promotions within the stated time window. Late claims will not be honoured.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are audited for fairness. ej333 does not manipulate game results. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ej333 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with or exploit any game or feature on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds through the platform.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or organizing syndicate play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ej333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, underage gambling, or failure to complete the required KYC verification process. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, any balance held in the account may be confiscated and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal policy before the account is closed. Voluntarily closed accounts that are subsequently reopened are subject to full re-verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ej333 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall design and layout — is the property of ej333 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from this platform without the prior written consent of ej333.

Third-party game content, brand names, and trademarks visible on the platform remain the property of their respective owners. ej333 does not claim ownership over any third-party intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ej333 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages result from breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.

ej333 does not guarantee that the platform will operate free of interruption, errors, or security breaches. While we make every effort to ensure availability and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and will not compensate players for losses attributable to platform downtime or technical failures.
